Order Cancellation Policy

You may submit an order cancellation request before production arrangement and shipment of goods.

1. If the order has NOT entered production: Full cancellation is acceptable without extra charges. Please notify us via official email immediately.

2. If production has started: Cancellation may not be available. Partial production cost will be charged if we agree to stop production.

3. Once goods are shipped, order cancellation cannot be accepted. You need to follow our Refund & Returns policy after receiving goods.

4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to incorrect pricing, out of stock, abnormal customer requests, and payment failure.

All cancellation confirmation must be issued by our official email. Oral message or chat message alone is not valid.
