Shipping Policy

Shipping terms, freight cost and delivery schedule will be confirmed in formal quotation or Proforma Invoice for each order.

1. Shipping methods: Sea freight, air freight, international express can be selected according to customer demand. We cooperate with professional freight forwarders.

2. Freight cost: Unless specified as Free On Board (FOB) or delivered duty paid, all shipping charges, customs clearance fee, import tax shall be borne by buyer.

3. Delivery time: Production lead time plus logistics transit time. Scheduled delivery date is estimated, may be affected by production, port congestion, customs clearance.

4. Import duties and taxes: All destination country customs duties, VAT and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Cargo damage risk: Risk of goods transfers to buyer once cargo is loaded on vessel/airline according to agreed Incoterms.

6. We will provide packing list, commercial invoice and other documents required for customs clearance after shipment.
